Top 5 Furry Autumn Coats

I have decided to start my proper blogging with adding a new Monday feature of my Top 5. This week I have chosen my Top 5 Furry Autumn Coats!

I love a furry jacket. There is nothing better than snuggling up in a fluffy coat, putting on your favourite mittens and scarf and heading out into a blustery Autumn day. Although we haven't seen the last of Summer yet there is definitely a chill in the air and there is no harm in investing in a lovely coat so you can be ready for when the weather turns.

Number 5

This cropped furry jacket by Pepe Jeans is available from from ASOS. Although it is not exciting on the design front it is a staple shape for any wardrobe. The colour is neutral enough to go with anything and could easily be dressed up or down. I can imagine it being worn with a pretty floral vintage dress and brogues. At £95 its a little pricey but would easily be wearable for seasons to come.

Number 4

If a full furry coat isn't for you then this New Look number could be right up your street! I love duffel coats of any style and by adding fur to the collar and front of one makes it almost irresistible to me. Again the colour is neutral and is going to be perfect for snowy walks in the park. It is a good length and would be perfect for petite girls as it won't swap you. At £55 I think it is a bargain for a knee length coat.
Number 3

I would be very surprised if anyone didn't know that Shearling was going to be huge for Autumn/Winter. A lot of the jackets and coats I have seen are tan in colour which I think is a hard colour to pull off. To get around this problem Oasis have come up with a stunning chocolate brown version. The waterfall front is flattering of every shape and the huge collar looks really snuggly, perfect for cold winter nights. At £80 it isn't cheap but I think the quality and style is worth it.
Number 2

I love Boohoo. They have a great way of getting gorgeous designer looks for less and this fox fur style jacket is one of those. It looks great with a wide belt to cinch in the waist and would be the perfect jacket for a winter girls night out. The thick pile of the coat is stunning and looks super cosy. At £60 its quite pricey for Boohoo but I think it is a great price for a winter coat.

And the winner is...

I am completely and utterly in love with this Zara coat. This real lambs leather coat is such a gorgeous shape with the rounded shoulders and slightly cropped sleeves is fashion forward while still being warm and practical for Autumn. The slightly curly fur on the jacket is not too bulky and not too over the top so could be worn for seasons to come. At £219 it is expensive and I will never be able to afford it whilst I am still a student but I can dream!
